The Noblelift OVS-010 electric order picker is a highly manoeuvrable task support vehicle designed for order picking, stock replenishment and elevated work. It combines electric travel with an elevating operator platform in one compact machine. This provides an efficient alternative to conventional ladders and manual access equipment in warehouses, retail stores and distribution centres.
The OVS-010 provides a maximum platform height of 4.6 metres and a maximum working height of 6.6 metres. Its total load capacity reaches 327 kg, including the operator platform and front and rear load trays. This allows operators to pick products and transport materials during the same operation.
One of its most distinctive features is the advanced steering system. Four steering modes include front steering, rear steering, Crab Mode and Zero Point Turning. Crab Mode allows parallel sideways movement. Zero Point Turning provides exceptional manoeuvrability in confined spaces. Operators can also travel, steer and lift simultaneously within the permitted operating conditions.
The electric order picker includes automatic speed reduction based on platform height and steering mode. Gate interlocks, platform safety sensors and chassis tilt protection provide additional operator protection. The truck also features chain slack detection and a PPE fall-protection connection point.
A colour LCD displays operating information including speed, steering mode, battery status and fault codes. PIN-code access with RFID support provides convenient operator control. A telescopic load tray extends from 345 to 525 mm, providing extra carrying space when required.
A 24V/150Ah lithium-ion battery powers the OVS-010. The integrated charger supports opportunity charging during breaks or shift changes. This helps keep the machine available throughout demanding working schedules.
